About Me
My name is Ellie Meisner and I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NYC.  I previously graduated with an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from the Delaware College of Art and Design in Wilmington, DE. I was a pastry chef at the Clinton House for two years before leaving to pursue my own ambitions.  I currently work out of my very own private commercial kitchen where I plan to combine my artistic skills with my love of cake decorating to design a cake to fit your needs.
