Name

Identity Crisis

You may notice some changes to the website... I just figured out how to change the domain name, so from now on it will be www.cinderelliessweets.com.  So make sure to bookmark it!
It's taken me a while to come up with the right name to convey what I want with my business.  Cinderellie was a nickname of mine growing up (maybe having to do with all the chores we had to do, thanks mom) or my love of princesses and Disney movies.  Either way, it was the first time I heard my name used outside of my family in the form of a song in Cinderella so it was kind of a big deal to me.

It's official now, the name and all! I'm glad it's all coming together. Still working on the logo and such.  This one will be temporary until I work on the final.

:)

stay sweet.

Business Name

UGH! Coming up with a business name has to be the worst aspect of starting a business.  I've almost just given up and say just keep it as it is.  But I really want something to put on my product.  Not just my name.
What I've come up with is - "Miss Ellie's Country Kitchen".  It encompasses everything that I am.  I am not a bakery, it's just a kitchen.  And it happens to be on a farm, where I grew up.  Miss Ellie was my grandmother, whom I was named after.  Everyone called her Miss Ellie and although no one really knows it, it is my way of honoring her memory and her name.
I am still working on trying to figure out how to transition into fully encompassing the name and branding it.  For those who have been with me from the beginning, I thank your for your continuing support and services!
